RETURN POLICY
Our ultimate goal is for you, our valued customer to be completely satisfied with the health care, your Wild at Heart One is receiving. Therefore, we only provide the highest quality products, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with every purchase you make.
- Exchange: In the event of consumers wanting to return goods because they have changed their minds or purchased the incorrect product due to an error or mistake on their part, we are not obliged by law to accept returns. However, where we choose at our sole discretion to accept such returns out of goodwill, we will exchange the product.
Should you wish to exchange an order, please notify us via email. Our return policy only lasts 7 days since the date of purchase, provided that the products are unopened, in perfect condition, and in original packaging. If the goods and packaging are not in mint condition or damaged in any way, we can unfortunately not accept the return.
CAREFULLY READ THE INDICATIONS OF PURPOSE AND OTHER NOTICES TO FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE USE FOR WHICH THE PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED, BEFORE PURCHASING THEM
- Defective items: Should Untamed Animal Health (PTY)LTD supply the wrong product, or a product that is in any way faulty or damaged, we will replace it.
- Under no circumstances will Untamed Animal Health (PTY)LTD be liable for any damage arising from any misuse or abuse of our products.
- Faulty products are to be returned to Untamed Animal Health to examine the item before continuing with the exchange process.
- Defective items may only be returned for replacement, subject to the following restrictions:
- All products must be returned in original condition, including packaging.
- All custom/special/sale orders may not be cancelled.
- All non-product related fees (shipping, transaction, and insurance) are not refundable.
PLEASE remember: Our returns policy only lasts 7 days.
