RETURN POLICY

Our ultimate goal is for you, our valued customer to be completely satisfied with the health care, your Wild at Heart One is receiving. Therefore, we only provide the highest quality products, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with every purchase you make.

Should you wish to exchange an order, please notify us via email. Our return policy only lasts 7 days since the date of purchase, provided that the products are unopened, in perfect condition, and in original packaging. If the goods and packaging are not in mint condition or damaged in any way, we can unfortunately not accept the return.

CAREFULLY READ THE INDICATIONS OF PURPOSE AND OTHER NOTICES TO FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE USE FOR WHICH THE PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED, BEFORE PURCHASING THEM

 

  1. All products must be returned in original condition, including packaging.
  2. All custom/special/sale orders may not be cancelled.
  3. All non-product related fees (shipping, transaction, and insurance) are not refundable.
